The Hue did an interview with The Hundreds co-founder Bobby Hundreds. I’ve look up to these guys the last 4-5 years with their blog and brand and have been always interested in what they do and how they do it and have always respected the style that they do their work and how they handle themselves. This was a really cool look into the people behind the brand. Stuff like this inspires me to get back to designing shirts again.
Funny bit on this, in the last 5 years I hadn’t bought anything from The Hundreds, but when I went to LA this last July I picked up some gear finally. I might have to make it a bit of a habit and head to LA again, especially once this Seattle weather turns around and hits fall/winter.
I’ve followed The Satorialist blog for a little over a year now. I love the on the street style stuff he does of people in their every day lives.
Intel has done a short film following The Satorialist for a day in the life, as well as adds a little insight of how he views fashion and his work.
And here is The Satorialist website
Wow. If I was really trying to get into snowboarding this year (which I am) I might consider grabbing a pair of the pants (which I am. I just bought a really nice coat).
These would go nicely with my shoes.

Available only in the Philippines apparently. How to get one……

WTF.
This video makes no sense.
Adidas, your marketing sucks. You paid the rights to Star Wars, Snoop Dogg, Daft Punk, and some other people I’ve never seen/probably never heard of, for some stupid ad that is supposed to have something to do with soccer?
This sucks. Waste of your money, and everyone’s time and effort who was involved.

Louie V was tipped to design the case to carry the World Cup.

Like all Louis Vuitton special orders, the FIFA World Cup Trophy case was made at the company’s original workshop in Asnières, which opened in 1859. The case opens at the front and at the top to allow the Trophy to be removed easily when, at the final on 11th July in Johannesburg, watched by many millions of people across the globe, it will be presented

I found The Urban Gentleman blog a few months ago, and forgot about it for a while, but rediscovered it in my ‘net travels.
They posted about the rise of designer shoes from designers like Lanvin, Prada, Louis Vuitton, Louboutin, and now Jimmy Choo, most of which are known for their high end design, but in terms of shoes, mostly for womens heels and such.
The newest trend they are moving on are designer sneakers for men. It’s an interesting trend.
I’ve heard of guys buying Prada sneakers, but had no idea about the other designers or looks out there. Honestly, it’s a market and price point I know little to nothing about, mostly because I don’t see myself spending that kind of money on shoes. We are talking $800+ a pair, which honestly works out to probably half of my current collection of 10 or so pairs (not including beat up kicks I only wear to walk the dog and such). I just don’t see myself getting my moneys worth out of that kind of price premium, but there have to be some out there who will. I just thought I would drop a few of the looks they had posted, I find them interesting.

Nike released today the home jersey for the mens US national team. I really like it.
But then I realize I’m a slob and will probably stain it first chance I get.
And I don’t hate the blue, but I don’t love it.
What to do? Help me plz?
